Fair Salary Treatment

Chung Hwa human resources policy attaches great importance to gender equality, eliminates gender discrimination in the workplace, and abides by the country’s Gender Equality at Work Law and Employment Service Law and other laws and regulations; employee salary depends on academic experience, position, and individual work performance, and is never based on gender, race, or Differences vary depending on religion, political stance, place of birth, physical and mental disabilities, and marital status. The standard starting salary for new female and male employees with the same conditions in the company is the same, and there is no difference based on gender. Employee Benefits and Retirement Systems

Retirement Plan

We have established employee retirement regulations in accordance with the “Labor Standards Act” and “Labor Pension Act”. We have also established the Labor Retirement Reserve Fund Supervisory Committee to review the amount of pension required by employees who meet the retirement requirements in the following year before the end of March each year. These amounts are fully allocated to a dedicated account to ensure the pension rights of employees under the old system. According to the “Labor Pension Act”, the new system requires employers to contribute 6% to a monthly pension according to the salary grading table and deposit it into the individual labor pension account, and note the amount of pension appropriation on employee's payroll.

Passed ISO 45001 third-party independent verification agency (BSI) certification in 2022. The company's management system covers relevant colleagues who perform work activities under the manage of the production line of Taoyuan Factory 1, including employees (accounting for 99.7%) and non-employees (accounting for 0.3%), R&D, quality assurance, procurement, engineering, production and contracting , covering 100% of the company's business and sales scope.

Human Rights Policies and Implementation
