Employee Benefits and Retirement Systems
The factory set up a medical lounge in 2020 to provide employee injury treatment and health consultation, and add a private and safe breastfeeding (collection) room to solve the problems of breastfeeding colleagues after returning to the workplace. Retirement Plan
We have established employee retirement regulations in accordance with the “Labor Standards Act” and “Labor Pension Act”. We have also established the Labor Retirement Reserve Fund Supervisory Committee to review the amount of pension required by employees who meet the retirement requirements in the following year before the end of March each year. These amounts are fully allocated to a dedicated account to ensure the pension rights of employees under the old system.
