Intellectual Property Management Policy

  • Implement regulations such as the Trade Secrets Management Guidelines
  • Strengthen the company’s intellectual property management system and operational procedures
  • Enhance employees’ awareness of intellectual property and legal compliance
The Company submits its Intellectual Property Management Plan and implementation status to the Board of Directors for review on an annual basis, with the most recent submission made on January 14, 2026.

2026 Intellectual Property Management Objectives

  1. Establish a Comprehensive Trade Secret Management System
    Complete the identification, classification, and marking of trade secrets to reduce the risk of information leakage. Target: Achieve TIPS Class A Certification.
  2. Strengthen Information Security and Access Control
    Implement regular reviews of access rights and changes to strengthen internal controls and enhance information security.
  3. Enhance Intellectual Property Education and Process Management
    Promote company-wide awareness of intellectual property protection and confidentiality to reduce the risk of intellectual property disputes. Target: Conduct at least four intellectual property training sessions annually.

Management System

The company has implemented the TIPS-based “Intellectual Property Management Manual” and periodically revises the Intellectual Property Management Regulations and Trade Secret Management Regulations. Through daily management, continuous improvement, internal and external audits, and management reviews, the company examines and revises relevant details to ensure the effectiveness of the management system and to strengthen its intellectual property management capabilities.

Trade Secret Protection

Trade secrets are closely linked to the company’s competitive advantages, including technological leadership, manufacturing excellence, customer trust, and technology transfer valuation. Based on the TIPS Trade Secret Management System and integrated with the ISMS information security risk management system, the company safeguards the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of trade secrets throughout operational processes, thereby further protecting its core competitiveness.
